Parent Meeting - Timing Options in Description

We will use this time to walk through details of the season, explain volunteer roles & answer any general questions.

  • Option 1: 4:15 - 4:45
  • Option 2: 5:00 - 5:30

Important Notes:

  • Meet Entries will be open by Wednesday, May 14th
  • Volunteer sign-ups will be opening on Wednesday, May 14th at 9PM. All families are required to fill 4 slots. Families with multiple children may need to take on one additional slot.
  • I am going to try to use teams to record the second meeting & will send out notes for those unable to attend.
  • For our returning families - the content is *very* similar to years prior. Send your child to pick-up their shirt, but you don't need to attend.
